Five Faces, backed by the Queensland Government’s Female Founders Co-Investment Fund, is revolutionising access to healthcare by digitising complex patient journeys across Australia.
Long queues, paper forms, waiting on call hold and in crowded hospital waiting rooms could be a thing of the past with Five Faces’ modular technology. Five Faces’ tech enables rapid digital innovation of patient engagement solutions for everything from the digital front door through to digital signage.
Patients can check in, complete smart forms, manage appointments and reduce their wait times. Hospitals benefit from improved efficiency and reduced admin burdens, while patients enjoy a personalised, convenient experience.
Alfred Health’s Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC) has implemented a multi-lingual solution from Five Faces that digitises patient triage, self-service appointment bookings, patient screening, and other forms. As well as decreasing wait times, the solution has reduced telephone bookings by 95%, with further efficiency gains allowing MSHC to reallocate four front desk staff to more complex patients and tasks. Five Faces and MSHC were recognised with a 2025 Queensland iAward in the Not-For-Profit & Community category by the Australian Information Industry Association.
